The nudge to create.
About The Gratitude Attitude
Gratitude is a key player for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Especially now in a world of constant change and uncertainty, seeing and appreciating the ‘small’ things in life will help you stay calm and centred. By writing down 3 things a day that you are grateful for, you become aware again of what is already there in abundance.
The Gratitude Attitude Journal is purposefully designed to give you a ‘back to basics’ opportunity to create precious personal moments of peace and appreciation. By consciously taking the time to reflect on the good stuff in your daily life, you will start (re-)discovering more and more amazingness. Be accompanied by inspiring quotes from health and gratitude experts, writers, philosophers as well as the works of 14 international artists and their idea of gratitude. 5 essays explore the theme of gratitude in health, spirituality and culture.
This website brings you ongoing articles, interviews and other interesting features around the theme of gratitude. You can also share your own reasons to be grateful.
Let’s make this a movement – a chain reaction of gratefulness standing against ever increasing hostility, depression, anxiety, materialism… a universal energy of gratitude!
The Gratitude Attitude Journal
Free to start at any day of the year, The Gratitude Attitude Journal gives you 365 sections to capture your gratitude; accompanied by inspirational quotes, the works of 14 international illustrators and photographers as well as 5 essays plus room to dream, doodle and write.
This A5 hard-bound linen journal has a natural, simplistic feel with a quality finish. It comes in two colours – forest green and cream beige – with a green foiled logo, 3 bookmark threads, a book jacket and a yellow pastedown front/back paper.
It is a beautiful object to treasure yet natural enough to portrait the grounded and humble message of gratitude – appreciating and exploring life with the abundance that can be found in its simplicity.
10% of any profit will be donated to a charity that fulfills wishes of terminally ill patients, such as visiting their home or the seaside for a last time.
3 Reasons to
The main feature of this journal is to use it as a daily tool to ponder upon and write down 3 things, encounters or happenings that you are grateful for.
Instead of year, months and dates, you have 365 days to explore, so you can embrace the freedom of starting the diary at any time of the year.
Each page shows an inspirational and/or educational quote about gratitude in a medical, philosophical, spiritual or cultural context.
Every 30 days or so, one artist’s work and his/her view on gratitude is being showcased.
